HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from our store typically ship after 3 to 5 business days and the total processing and delivery time would be 15-20 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system, which means you might not be able to get the tracking information in the first 24-48 hours. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our support team.
I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days (domestic) and 25 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.

CAN I CANCEL/ADJUST MY ORDER?
We normally send your order information to the manufacturer at the end of the purchasing day and we could not make any adjustment or cancellation if the order has already been dispatched. Depending on the order's status at that time, we will inform you whether or not you can cancel/adjust your order.
Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
